Packed, picked, and delivered. As simple as it may sound, home delivery of food orders is not the easiest of tasks for restaurants. At the back end, there is a lot of hustle and bustle going on to process and deliver orders. Since there is no single solution covering all aspects of food delivery, restaurants have to maneuver with multiple tools and vendors that tie them up with long undesired contracts. Each time the restaurant wishes to buy a new system like a POS, self-ordering kiosk, digital menu, digital marketing, or a barcode generator, they have to look for a new vendor or incur extra charges. Moreover, restaurants have to pay exorbitant commissions to the online ordering tools for pick-ups and deliveries. In the end, restaurants end up juggling between various tools to offer seamless home deliveries to their customers with increased complications and higher costs.
Laying the foundation stone of Anbe Tech Solutions, Dangi was determined to offer a one-stop-shop for online ordering and management to restaurateurs. To this end, the company caters to numerous functions, including online ordering, pos systems, self-ordering kiosks, order & pay at table, inventory management, business analytics, payment options, and more under a single umbrella without any lengthy contracts.
Restaurants can easily sign up with Anbe Tech to use its online ordering platform. Restaurant pays zero percent commission from each online order while customer pays five percent service fee on each online order. Unlike other platforms, Anbe Tech does not charge any amount if the end customer chooses to pay at the restaurant. Notably, the preferred clients gains access to all of the company's software suites free of cost. This includes inside sales, labor clock in and out, performance reports, digital marketing, self-ordering kiosk, order & pay at table and more. In fact, customers can also reach out to restaurant managers through their websites in case of complaints and queries, reducing bad presence over social media. Restaurants can create unique loyalty and reward programs for their customers and track the performance from each one with Anbe Tech's solution. Interestingly, the company's solution enables restaurants to list certain food items at lower costs or provide promos to customers on their birthdays. Customers can also sign up for notifications for upcoming deals and offers from the restaurant's website.
Above all, the client can control the entire set-up of their websites and mobile apps within a single portal. "Our biggest differentiator is that we provide everything under one roof," says Dangi, founder of the company. In a recent implementation, Anbe Tech enabled a restaurant client to save roughly 5000 dollars on online sales and about 500 dollars a month in inside systems as they did not have to pay humungous commissions to contract-based vendors anymore. In addition, the company also helped the client realize cost savings by providing digital marketing capabilities that were otherwise carried out over a phone call, which required labor. Apart from huge indirect savings, the client was also able to drastically reduce order error rates with Anbe Tech's solution.
Anbe Tech has stood headstrong against the obstacles created by the pandemic. The company identified market needs and evolved accordingly. Anbe Tech assisted restaurants in strengthening their digital presence and providing barcode scanners to display food menus on their websites. Also, even as the price of food orders soared due to skyrocketing grocery costs, it was relatively less expensive for Anbe Tech's customers as the company's commissions were lower when compared to other competitors. "This created a win-win situation for both the restaurants as well as their customers," says Dangi.
Anbe Tech is now preparing to provide catering and banquet services, right from reservations and bookings to managing databases and more. Alongside the food industry, Anbe Tech also specializes in providing similar services to the salon and retail industry. "With a diverse client base, we are on our path to progress with new features, support, and technicalities," concludes Dangi.
